The day's activities will be introduced and coordinated by Leigh Filippini, Founder and Principal of Concord Management Group. The seminar will be facilitated by Barbara M. Kessler, Esq., President, Life in Focus, LLC. Barbara is a career and life coach who brings over 30 years of business and non-profit experience to her clients. While serving in a Vice President role at Cablevision Systems Corporation, she was responsible for providing legal and business ethics advice to senior company management, developed “best practice” human resources policies, and built performance improvement and career development opportunities for the company’s employees. One of the major highlights of Barbara's career is her successful mentoring and coaching of her clients and colleagues.
