Brian Filippini, a founding partner, launched Concord in 1997. Brian is committed to defining the firm's recruiting process through the use of innovative technology. This technology has enabled the firm to build the most comprehensive national database of profiled and documented talent within the industries that Concord represents. Brian oversees the strategic direction of the firm. Responsibilities include defining industry practices, consultation of C-level search initiatives, developing strategic accounts, overseeing the delivery process, and incorporating technological solutions. Brian has successfully built the Life Science, Healthcare, and Technology Executive Search practices at Concord and has initiated over 100 successful national hiring expansions at Fortune 1000 and high growth companies. Prior to launching Concord, Brian was consistently a President's Club performer in sales and management positions at Kendall Healthcare and Parametric Technology Corporation. Brian obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in business, was a scholar athlete, and received a 4-year Track and Field Scholarship from The Ohio State University.
Leigh Filippini, a founding partner, launched Concord in 1997. As a Partner, Leigh oversees the marketing and business development efforts for Concord . Responsibilities include strategic accounts, alliance programs, product marketing, and public relations. Leigh’s experience has allowed her to successfully partner with and deliver for the largest and most successful companies in the Healthcare and Technology industries. Her expertise is clearly defined in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and Telecommunication fields. Her specialty is identifying senior talent for executive search and organizing major expansion efforts on a national scale. Prior to launching Concord, Leigh was consistently a President’s Club performer in Sales Management and Sales positions for some of the leading Technology and Communications firms. Leigh obtained a Bachelor’s degree and was the recipient of a Division 1, 4-year Field Hockey Scholarship from The Ohio State University.
Jen Valciukas is responsible for leading and organizing recruiting projects nationally. As a Recruiting Director, Jen exceeds at managing large-scale projects, managing multiple recruiters nationally, and designing client delivery schedules. She brings more than 15 years of experience in sales, market research, and recruiting to Concord. Before joining Concord, Jen held a position of leadership in a very successful, high traffic attorney’s office. She was responsible for managing the administrative staff, hiring and training new personnel, and creating and facilitating all office procedures. Jen’s ability to execute in a high pressure environment, and her attention to detail is always greatly appreciated by clients and candidates, alike. Jen obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA
Adam Bennett is responsible for leading and organizing recruiting projects nationally. As a Recruiting Director, Adam exceeds at managing large-scale projects, managing multiple recruiters nationally, and designing client delivery schedules. Adam leverages technological solutions and a passion for understanding people to deliver the strongest talent in the industries he represents. Adam brings over 20 years of industry and sales experience to Concord. Adam’s career began in sales for Telco Communications Group, where he was the recipient of multiple achievement awards for exceeding sales expectations. Adam graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.
Alicia Filippini is responsible for leading executive level retained searches and organizing recruiting projects nationally. As a Recruiting Director, Alicia exceeds at managing large-scale projects, managing multiple recruiters nationally, and designing client delivery schedules. Alicia utilizes her executive level contacts, tenacity, professionalism, and personality to continually deliver for her growing list of clients. She brings more than 20 years of experience in recruiting and outside sales in the technology industry to Concord . Alicia’s career in Outside Sales and National Account Management began with TV Guide. While at TV Guide, Alicia was continually recognized for her accomplishments and overachievement as a Director for Affiliate Sales where she was responsible for launching new products to Fortune 500 accounts. Alicia obtained a Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s from St. Mary’s College in California.
Anna Valciukas is responsible for leading and directing the Research and sourcing efforts for Concord. As a Research Manager, Anna is responsible for national interaction with Concord Recruiters and is responsible for organizing research projects so that all delivery schedules will be met. Anna obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from Pittsburgh University in Pittsburgh, PA.
